Diploma and Academic Transcript

Regarding the issuance of Diplomas and Academic Transcripts for Diploma Three (D-III), Applied Bachelor (D-IV), Bachelor (S1), Master (S2), Doctoral (S3), and Professional Programs, the following are the mandatory passport photo requirements:

1. Colored, half-body, and recent photograph (must be taken at a photo studio);
2. Dark blue (UII blue) background;
3. Photo size: 4 x 6 cm for Certificate and 3 x 4 cm for Academic Transcripts (including the outer border), each in 6 copies, and for International Programs 8 copies;
4. Body and face must face straight forward (not tilted or angled);
5. Face proportion must cover 80% of the photo area;
6. High-resolution print (not blurry) and photo paper must be matte (non-glossy);
7. No accessories such as glasses, caps, or any other head coverings;
8. Attire Requirements:
   • Male students: Long tie and formal black suit;
   • Female students: Muslim attire (formal shirt), black suit or blazer, and plain hijab
