Diploma and Academic Transcript

To complete your application for Diploma Translation, you must provide the following requirements:

1. Submit two (2) physical passport-sized color photographs (3×4) with a blue background, printed on matte paper (Male: wearing a formal suit and tie).
2. Provide one (1) photocopy of the original diploma
3. Attach a proof of administration fee payment of IDR 50,000 to the Universitas Islam Indonesia Bank Mandiri account: 1370002021554
4. Note: The Diploma Translation is processed at the Directorate of Academic Services, Rectorate Building, 1st Floor
