Graduation Registration Procedure at Universitas Islam Indonesia

Procedure of Registration

Alumni are eligible to register for the graduation ceremony within a maximum of one year post-graduation

  • Graduation Status Posted by Faculty

    The primary requirement for graduation registration is that the student’s graduation status must be officially posted by the Faculty Academic Office. Detailed information regarding graduation requirements can be found on each faculty’s respective website (Web of Faculty), by verifying your status via the UII Gateway (UIIAkademik menu), or by visiting your Faculty Academic Office in person.

  • Payment of Diploma & Alumni Fees

    Upon the posting of graduation status by the Faculty Academic Office, the Diploma and Alumni Association fees will automatically appear in the UIITagihan menu. Payments can be processed through bank tellers at UII’s partner banks. Detailed payment procedures can be accessed via the link below.

  • Fill Out Registration Details

    Once the Diploma and Alumni Association fees have been settled, students may proceed to complete the Graduation Registration form under the UIILayanan menu. Please ensure that all information is entered accurately, as verified data cannot be amended.

  • Payment of Graduation Registration Fees

    If your registration status is ‘Need Revision,’ please revise it immediately according to the notes provided by the verifier. If your status has changed to ‘Verification Approved,’ please check your Graduation Registration bill via the UIITagihan menu. Be mindful of the payment deadline; failure to complete the payment within the specified period will result in the cancellation of your registration, and you will be ineligible for the current graduation period.

  • Collection of Graduation Uniform

    Graduation regalia collection is to be conducted according to the schedule specified in the Graduation Announcement at the Directorate of Academic Services. Candidates are required to take a queue number from the kiosks located at the east and west sides of the office. Those collecting on behalf of another candidate must obtain a separate queue number for the represented participant.

    The graduation regalia set includes the Academic Gown, Mortarboard, Faculty Medallion (Samir), Cum Laude Sash (exclusive to graduates with ‘With Distinction’ honors), and the Graduation Invitation (valid for two guests).

  • Rehearsal Session

    The Rehearsal Session is a mandatory briefing for graduation candidates, providing essential guidance on the ceremony’s proceedings. Attendance is compulsory for all candidates. Details regarding the venue, schedule, and additional regulations can be found in the Graduation Announcement and on Instagram @akademikuii.

  • Graduation Ceremony

    The Commencement Ceremony will be held at the Prof. KH. Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir Auditorium. Graduates are required to register at the attendance desk to obtain their co-card number. Additionally, participants must sign the diploma collection receipt prior to entering the auditorium. The specific schedule for the ceremony can be found in the Graduation Announcement.
