Completion of Studies

A. Requirements

To be eligible for graduation, students must meet the following requirements:

  1. Completed the entire learning process with a minimum of 144 credit hours within a maximum period of 7 years for the Bachelor’s Program (S1), or a minimum of 110 credit hours within a maximum period of 5 years for the Diploma 3 Program (D3);
  2. Fulfilled the SKP (Student Participation Credit) requirements and other provisions stipulated in the curriculum of the respective Study Program.
  3. Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.25 (two point two five).;
  4. *Passed the CEPT with a minimum score of 422, or an equivalent TOEFL ITP score of 425, or a TOEFL iBT score of 38, or an IELTS™ score of 4.0.
    *The accepted certificates must be issued by CILACS UII
  5. Published a scientific paper/research article.
  6. Fulfilled all administrative and academic requirements in accordance with the policies of the respective Study Program.

B. GRADUATION HONORS

Graduation with “With Distinction” (Cum Laude) and “Summa Cum Laude” honors only applies to students who complete their studies within the standardized period (in accordance with University Regulation No. 2 of 2017, Article 28) and does not apply to transfer students from other higher education institutions. The details of the standardized study periods are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s Program (S1) with a four-year study period;
  • Applied Bachelor’s Program (D4) with a four-year study period;
  • Diploma Program (D3) with a three-year study period.
